The SCC-PWR02 (Part Number: 183971-02) is a Power Supply Board from National Instruments. This model is used to fulfill the power needs of SCC and SC modules. Data acquisition systems are used to measure different phenomenon. DAQ systems are used to measure current, voltage, pressure, sound and temperature. SC and SCC modules offer portable and modular signal conditioning to these systems. The SC and SCC carriers condition a variety of digital I/O signals. These modules also condition analog I/O signals. The current input value of this SCC-PWR02 module is 1 A (Ampere) maximum.

The SCC-PWR02 Power Supply Board is a two-part system. This Power Supply Board consists of a desktop power supply and a filtering component. The desktop power supply is called PS01. The PS01 is a 15W switching supply. This switching supply is powered by Alternating Current. The PS01 has a range of 90 VAC – 264 VAC (Alternating Current).  The filtering component is inside the carrier enclosure. The NI device is equipped with removable screw terminal or minithermocouple connector and a 20-pin right-angle male connector.

The SCC-PWR02 provides a +5 VDC output voltage or 1 A output current. The other values of the voltage output of this Power Supply Board are -15 VDC and 15 VDC. The other current output values are - 0.3 Amperes and + 0.3 Amperes. The maximum analog power available for the NI SCC-PWR02 is 8.74 Watts and its maximum digital power is 6.97 Watts. The device has AC input voltage and frequency ranges of 100 to 240 VAC, and 47 to 63 Hz respectively. It provides different maximum digital power for the SC-2350. The value of the maximum digital power for the SC-2350 is 6.89 Watts due to the TEDS (Transducer Electronic Data Sheets) circuitry of the SC-2350.

The SCC-PWR02 measures 6.1 x 3.3 x 1.9 in. in physical dimensions. It has recommended operating and storage temperature ranges of 0 to 40 °C and –20 to 80 °C respectively, and a non-condensing relative humidity range of 10 to 90%. The NI device is designed to comply with the following electrical safety standards: IEC 61010-1, EN 61010-1, UL 3121-1, UL 61010C-1, and CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 1010.1.
