The National Instruments PXIe-5162 (Part Numbers: 782622-01, 782622-05, and 782622-06) Oscilloscope/Digitizer delivers a new level of execution in the small-form factor, low-control PXI platform. The adaptability of this Oscilloscope ensures it is an ideal, universally useful instrument for test and estimation applications. Every one of the four input channels can obtain up to 5 GS/s sample rate with 1.5 GHz of data transmission on the 50 path and 300 MHz on the 1 M path. For high-channel applications, the analog-to-digital-converter gives two channels to test up to 2.5 GS/s or four channels to test up to 1.25 GS/s with 1.5 GHz of simple transfer speed. To deal with the large data sets, the NI PXIe-5162 is furnished with a deep onboard memory; the PCI Express x4 Gen 1 can connect to the PXI Express backplane.
The individual modules utilizing the NI-TClk API influences the framework to show up as one multichannel oscilloscope with 100 ps of skew between modules. This significantly simpllifies the client experience. In addition, this simple to-set-up channel extension reaches out to all NI PXI digitizers, arbitrary waveform generators, and fast digital I/O modules. To deal with these vast datasets, every module is equipped for delivering high-data throughput at rates more noteworthy than 600 MB/s.
