National Instruments cDAQ-9136 CompactDAQ Controller

The cDAQ-9136 is a quad-core CompactDAQ Controller by National Instruments. The cDAQ-9136 is available in two versions with different OS. Part number 784238-01 has Windows Embedded Standard 7 installed and part number 784239-01 has Linux Real-Time installed. This model can control synchronization and timing functions and is also used to transfer data between C Series devices and a computer. The cDAQ-9136 is a 4-slot DAQ Controller, so four C Series I/O modules can be connected simultaneously. This feature enables the customization of digital and analog channels and timers/counters to design custom CAN measurement and logging systems.

The cDAQ-9136 CompactDAQ Controller features a 4-core Intel processor. The processor type is Intel Atom E3845. The CPU frequency is 1.91 GHz, and it has a hard drive memory space of 32 GB. The cache of the cDAQ 9136 processor has a memory of 2 MB. This model features an internal RT clock with 200 ppm accuracy. The cDAQ-9136 features analog inputs. The number of channels and maximum rate of sampling depends upon the C Series module(s). The NI cDAQ-9136 has a timing accuracy of 50 ppm for the analog inputs. The maximum update rate is 1.6 MS/sec.
