National Instruments PCI-6517 Digital I/O Device

The NI PCI-6517 (Part Number: 779083-01) Digital I/O Device has 32 sink output lines, bank isolation, and ±30 VDC maximum switching voltage. This device is suitable for general-purpose data acquisition applications, automated manufacturing test, and industrial control. The PCI 6517 can be linked to a variety of actuators, sensors, and 24 V electronic instruments. This Digital I/O Device can be used with NI-DAQmx software, which comes with the technology to make application development go more quickly. Several of the useful features in NI-DAQmx are high-performance multithreaded streaming technology, automatic code generation, and the DAQ Assistant. The device can be programmed using software packages or application development environments (ADEs) such as LabVIEW or LabWindows/CVI.

When this device is at a temperature of 25 °C and the user is utilizing all 8 lines in a port, 75 mA maximum can be output from each line.
