Our goal is to continuously enhance our efficiency, develop more advanced solutions, and simplify processes for our customers. This includes expanding our inventory to meet the diverse needs of our clientele, shortening turnaround times, and introducing helpful resources such as our new Part Builder and Free Tools Page. Here’s a look at some of our peak achievements throughout 2024:
In 2024, Apex Waves upgraded our Order Status Page, providing customers with active updates on their orders. This page displays details from order confirmation and payment status to pickup and delivery. By allowing customers to track their orders, this improvement eliminates uncertainty and ensures a smoother, more confident purchasing experience.
One of our greatest achievements of 2024 was designing the Part Builder page, which will soon be available to the public! Our Part Builder page will be a game changer for the way customers design PXI systems. This intuitive tool will allow users to build systems from scratch, ensuring every module chosen is compatible with their desired setup. Customers will be able to pick a chassis, controller, module, OS, and calibration, with the option to also add service packages to their build.
At Apex Waves, we understand that our customers are busy people, often in industries where projects need to get done fast! That’s why now, our NI calibration turnaround time is reduced to just two weeks. This significant improvement allows our customers to get their equipment back in peak condition faster, minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted productivity.
The new and improved implementation of internal automatic testing systems amplifies the speed and accuracy of product testing. This advancement assures that all equipment meets rigorous quality standards before shipping, providing our customers with greater reliability and peace of mind.
Apex Waves reduced repair evaluation turnaround times to just 1-3 days. This improvement means customers now receive quicker assessments of their equipment, enabling faster decisions and repairs, which translates to reduced downtime and improved efficiency.
Our Free Tools Page offers a variety of online resources that will simplify and solve complex calculations for free! Many of our tools such as the RMS Voltage Calculator, Peak to Peak Voltage Calculator, and Signal to Noise Ratio Calculator explain key concepts, interpret the results, and show how to calculate the equation manually- making them convenient and educational resources.
Apex Waves nearly doubled our inventory quantity on the shelf in 2024, ensuring better availability of in-demand parts. Additionally, over 90% of our inventory is now fully tested, packaged, and ready for same-day shipping! This means our customers can rely on faster fulfillment, helping them meet their timelines without delays.
Hurricane Helene had a devastating impact on Asheville, North Carolina and surrounding areas, leaving over 700 individuals and families homeless, local businesses suffering, and collapsed infrastructure with the immense damage that occurred.
Apex Waves believes in helping our community, which is why we donated $20,000 to our neighbors in Asheville through the nonprofit organization Beloved. We are thankful for our customers who have helped us make a difference. Every purchase made has helped us contribute to meaningful change, and together, we’re making a positive impact on the lives of those in need in our community.
Our team believes in expanding innovation and continuing to strengthen our organization.
