With over 10 years of experience and 5 years in the marketplace, Apex Waves provides our clients with immediate communication and exceptional service. We offer same day and expedited shipping for in-stock models (new, new surplus, and remanufactured / reconditioned). Additionally, we offer repair services with 1-2 week turnarounds and brokered NIST traceable calibrations from NI. We also offer basic in-house calibration (to manufacturer specifications) on orders upon request.
Each part listed on our website includes all available documentation and datasheets for you to download for free at your convenience. We also have a large inventory of sub-assemblies and cables to cover all the bases! How We Got Here
Our first introduction to the world of test equipment began in 2011. Having previously worked with a variety of industrial automation applications, we realized a tremendous demand amongst our customers for a troubleshooting solution. From manufacturing plants to car washes, the founders of Apex Waves noticed a trend – users could not locate the solutions to problems within their systems.
These customers needed assistance with equipment and parts that had been rendered obsolete or outdated, which pointed out a hole in the marketplace. Why couldn't they find the same quality of service and standards they were accustomed to as engineers among test equipment businesses? Apex Waves was launched to fill this gap.
Apex Waves is relatively new to the marketplace, which means we’re a small business- that’s what keeps our quality of customer service so high.
