Part number 777081-01 is the identifying part number for the National Instruments ER-16 Electromechanical Relay. The 777081-01 features 16 isolated SPDT or form C relay channels and can serve as controller or switcher for low-cost control applications in lab and industrial settings. The number of channels can also be increased to 32 by daisy chaining two relay modules.
The maximum switching capacity on resistive load for AC is 3 A at 250 VAC whereas for DC, it is 3 A at 30 VDC. The maximum working voltage between both channel-to-channel and channel-to-ground is 250 Vrms. Furthermore, the switching current per channel is 3 A max while it is 40 A max for all channels. The channel on resistance, which is the resistance across relay contacts when the relay is activated, is 100 mΩ. Silver-nickel alloy is used as the contact material.
