The National Instruments CB-68LPR (Part Number: 777145-02) is a low-cost, high-density Connector Block. This Connector Block comes with 68 screw terminals and can be used for easy connection of field instruments to controller or timer devices. This Connector Block has standoffs and can easily be stationed on a desktop. In addition, you can also mount this device in a custom panel. The NI CB-68LPR features a 90-degree mounted connector to be used with the CA-1000. To use the CB-68LPR, you need the following equipment: a 68-pin DAQ device with its documentation, 0.0509 to 3.31 mm2 (12 to 30 AWG) wire, wire insulation strippers, 0.125 in. flathead screwdriver, wire cutters, and the appropriate cables.
As far as its physical attributes are concerned, the NI CB-68LPR is based on board whose dimensions are CB-68LPR. It is important to note that the Connector Block is an unshielded accessory and must be housed inside an appropriate enclosure before it is taken into service.
