The NI-9512 (Part number: 779944-01) is a Motor Drive Interface Module from the C Series by National Instruments. The 20 pin MDR connector provides incremental encoder feedback inputs. It has 5 V output for encoder power. Moreover, it has limit, home, and position compare inputs. The 20 pin MDR has an output for position compare. This connector has an added +19-30 V input for a power connection. The device has a maximum pulse rate of 5 MHz.
