National Instruments NI-9757 C Series Oxygen Sensor Interface Module
The NI‑9757 (Part number: 782079-01) gives an interface to two Bosch LSU 4.2 or LSU 4.9 wideband exhaust oxygen sensors and four differential narrowband oxygen sensors. The NI‑9757 gadget driver permits client alignment of stoichiometry versus direct momentum for an assortment of fuel types (gas/diesel default). O2 estimations are accounted for as A/F, F/A, Lambda, and Phi. The NI‑9757 has functional, fuse‐protected warmer control circuits.
This model permits a predetermined measure of current for exchanging output channels or sourcing the output stack. If the NI 9757 goes into an overcurrent state by surpassing the predetermined greatest exchanging frequency or the output stack, the power supply starts to drop in voltage until it turns off or the overcurrent condition is evacuated. When the NI 9757 module is in this state, it can acknowledge new output state information. The outside DB-37 connector has terminals marked BATT (10) and GND (29). A common power control source is a car 12 V battery framework; however, the NI 9757 can acknowledge control from a scope of 6 V to 32 V. The LSU 4.x wide-band sensors will only work when the power supply is in the scope of 8 V to 16.5 V. The module is switch battery ensured to - 18 V.
Without sensors associated and empowered, the NI 9757 requires 100 mA maximum from the outside supply. The outer power source must be fit for driving the sensor radiators, which may need 12 A if all diverts are being used.
