The NI cFP-1804 Ethernet/Serial Backplane (Part Number: 779490-01) is created to be mounted on a panel or in a regular 19 inch rack. Prior to utilizing these mounting procedures, the user should write down the serial number from the back of the model. It is important to keep in mind that if the user is utilizing UL Recognized I/O modules with the Compact FieldPoint system, then they must install the complete system in an appropriately rated, UL Listed NEMA or IP enclosure.
