National Instruments 778638-01 Compact Vision System

Part Number 778638-01 is the identifying part number for the National Instruments CVS-1454 Compact Vision System. It is a part of the NI CVS-1450 Series of devices that are used for acquiring, processing, and displaying images from IEEE 1394 cameras. The device can be configured by connecting it to a host computer through an Ethernet connection. Furthermore, the device also ships with the NI Vision Acquisition Software that includes the NI-IMAQdx driver. 

The 778638-01 features a 400 MHz Intel Celeron processor and a 128 MB SDRAM. Likewise, it also comes with a nonvolatile storage of 64 MB. Similarly, it features 10BaseT and 100BaseTX Ethernet interfaces that are compatible with the IEEE 802.3 standard.
