Its solid-state relay outputs are perfect for controlling pumps, valves, motors, and other industrial actuators. The device also includes channel-to-channel isolated digital inputs for reading from industrial digital sensors and eight solid-state relay outputs with a switching voltage of 60 VDC/30 Vrms and a maximum switching current of 500 mA per channel. Programmable power-up states allow for configuring initial output states in software, ensuring glitch-free and safe operations when connected to industrial actuators. The USB DAQ 6525 also features a counter with a frequency of 5 kHz and a resolution of 32 bits. It utilizes an M-Series mainboard for data acquisition. This part incorporates a change detection feature, signaling an interruption upon detecting any change in the input line(s). 

Users can program this functionality as needed. The typical propagation delay for isolated inputs is 65 µs, with a minimum pulse width of 200 µs required for change detection in isolated inputs. The maximum switching current for SSR outputs in the NI 6525 is 500 mA. This high-performance device provides 18-bit accuracy for analog inputs. The 5-digit DC measurements and 18-bit resolution measurements are the same. All channels are isolated individually. This isolation spans from one channel to another. The device additionally features 8 SSR outputs, where SSR stands for solid-state relays. Each output channel is also isolated independently from one another. These output channels operate at 60 VDC with a varying voltage of 30 Vrms.
