National Instruments 782705-01 Transceiver Adapter Module for FlexRIO

Part Number 782705-01 is the identifying part number for the National Instruments NI-5782 Transceiver Adapter Module for FlexRIO. The  782705-01 features two single-ended analog input channels that are simultaneously sampled. The connector type used for analog inputs is SMA and the input impedance is 50 Ω, per connector. Under normal operating conditions, the input range is +10.2 dBm (2.05 Vpk-pk) while the absolute maximum input is 50 Ω, ±10 V DC, +18 dBm (5 Vpk-pk) AC. The input channels are AC-coupled and the ADC has a resolution of 14 bits and can be identified as ADS62P49. Furthermore, the sample rate of the internal sample clock is 250 MHz while the sample rate of the external clock is 175 MHz to 250 MHz.

The internal sample clock on the 782705-01 uses a fixed-frequency synthesizer as the oscillator and has a default frequency of 1 GHz. The CLK IN has a single-ended channel and uses an SMA connector with an input impedance of 50 Ω. The frequency range is 250 MHz to 1 GHz and the input line is AC-coupled. Furthermore, the module also has 12 bidirectional channels (8 DIO and 4 PFI) using an HDMI connector and the 3.3 V LVCMOS interface standard.

The 782705-01 measures (4.5 × 4.0 × 0.8 in.) in physical dimensions and weighs 317.5 g. The total power consumed by the module is 4.59  W. The module is recommended for operation between temperatures of  0 °C to 55 °C at a relative humidity of 10% to 90%. Likewise, it is designed for indoor use only and should be operated within a maximum altitude of 2000 m. On the other hand, it can be stored between  -20 °C to 70 °C at a relative humidity of 5% to 95%.
