This device has 4 voltage input channels, 16 bits analog input resolution, and 1 GS/s maximum sample rate. The NI PCIe-5764 FlexRIO Digitizer Device has the capability to sample 4 channels at the same time. This device features an analog input bandwidth of 400 MHz or 1.15 GHz, depending on the part number. The National Instruments PCIe-5764 is suitable for applications requiring a broad dynamic range along with a wide band digitizer.

The National Instruments PCIe-5764 FlexRIO Digitizer Device can be used with a FlexRIO driver that has a provision for finite and continuous streaming mode. This feature allows the end user to deploy real time signal processing and a customized algorithm. The NI PCIe-5764 is perfect for time domain applications, as well as for frequency domain applications, which includes LIDAR, OCT, MICROSCOPY, event detections, etc. This device is offered in AC as well as in DC coupled variants. The National Instruments PCIe-5764 FlexRIO Digitizer Device also has an auxiliary connector for I/O. Along with other benefits, it allows serial communication with a fast speed.

For analog inputs, the maximum input signal level is only effective when the NI PCIe-5764 is powered on. The end user should avoid applying any input signals to the device when it is not powered on because it can damage the PCIe-5764 device.
