National Instruments PXIe-5665 PXI Vector Signal Analyzer

There is no one physical device called the PXIe-5665- instead, the model name refers to the interconnected use of the PXIe-5622 IF Digitizer. PXIe-5603 (or the PXIe-5605) RF Signal Downconverter. and the PXIe-5653 RF Analog Signal Generator from NI.

This Analyzer has varying bandwidths, onboard memory sizes, frequency ranges, and channel counts, as well as a preamplifier available for several of the part numbers. The NI PXIe-5665 frequency measurement bandwidth ranges from 20 hertz to 14 GHz. The typical value of resolution bandwidth offered by the device is 3 dB. The PXIe-5665 also includes a reference for internal frequency, which is 10 megahertz.
