National Instruments PXI-8175 PXI Controller

Featured with a Celeron 866 MHz processor, Internal PXI Trigger Bus routing, and Full 132 MBps PCI bandwidth, the National Instruments PXI-8175 (Part Numbers: 778467-01 and 778467-00) is a low-cost embedded PXI Controller packaged in a PXI 3U-size form factor. This module comes equipped with a COM1 RS-232 Serial Port (9-pin DSUB type), a Parallel Port (IEEE 1284), two 4-pin Series A receptacle-type USB Ports, a 10/100 Ethernet Port, a 15-pin DSUB (standard VGA), and PS/2 mouse and keyboard ports.

The front panel of the NI PXI-8175 Embedded Controller comes equipped with a system reset push button that can be used for quick resetting on the controller. In addition, two LEDs (POWER OK LED and DRIVE LED) are provided to keep users informed about the controller`s status. This PXI Controller requires 1 system plus 3 controller expansion slots for its deployment. As far as its physical characteristics are concerned, the NI PXI 8175 weighs around 0.64 Kg (1.41 lb) and its physical dimensions are 6.1 by 13 by 21.6 cm.
