The National Instruments PXIe-8862 is an embedded controller with an Intel Core i7 8-Core processor. The front panel of the PXIe-8862 is designed with user convenience in mind. Two LEDs show PC status and two user LEDs can be defined to meet the needs of your LabVIEW application. The DRIVE LED indicates when an access to the internal drive is occurring, while the PWR OK/FAULT LED indicates the controller status, displaying various states through different colors. These include steady green, blinking green, fading green, blinking red, solid red, and off.
The PXIe-8862 embedded controller is available in a variety of part options. Part number 787987-00 indicates the version of the controller with no OS. The following part numbers each use the 64-bit version of Windows 10; 787987-01, 787987-0118 (China), and 788167-01 (removable drive).
