The PXIe-2593 is a one-slot PXI RF Multiplexer Switch Module designed to integrate with high-frequency instruments such as the NI PXI-5404 frequency generator and the NI PXI-5112 high-speed digitizer. The NI PXIe-2593 has 16 channels with an external 50 Ω MCX terminator on half of the channels, allowing the user to utilize this module as a terminated multiplexer. The PXIe-2593 can be configured as quad 3×1 multiplexers using its 16 channels. The PXIe 2593 module has a minimum switch load of 10 μA, 10 mV and a maximum RF carry power from 10 W up to 500 MHz (per channel).
