The PXIe-4136 (Part Number: 783760-01) Source Measure Unit (SMU) delivers high power, accuracy, and speed. It is perfect for an expansive scope of uses, including manufacturing test, board-level test, lab characterization with gadgets, such as incorporated circuits (ICs), power management integrated circuits (PMICs), and radio frequency integrated circuits (RFICs), and discrete gadgets including LEDs and optical transceivers. The NI PXIe-4136 highlights 4-quadrant operation. The PXIe 4136 is a hardware planned instrument with a fast sequencing motor for synchronizing acquisitions between different SMUs. The module supports direct DMA streaming between the host PC and SMU, so the user can stream huge waveforms and estimation information at the full update rate and test rate of the instrument.
The NI PXIe 4136 allows a warm-up time of no less than 30 minutes after the chassis is powered on and NI-DC Power is loaded and recognizes the PXIe-4136. The warm-up time guarantees that the PXIe-4136 and test instrumentation are at a stable working temperature.
The execution check strategies accept that sufficient traceable vulnerabilities are accessible for the calibration references.
