The PCIe-7851R is an efficient Multifunction Reconfigurable I/O Device designed by National Instruments. The part number for this device is 781102-01. This model offers onboard processing with high performance and allows the user to directly control I/O signals. These features ensure complete flexibility of system timing and synchronization. The PCIe-7851R can be customized easily with the LabVIEW FPGA module. The PCIe-7851R also incorporates dedicated A/D converters on all channels. These converters offer multi-rate sampling. The PCIe-7851R also features triggering of individual channels.

The PCIe-7851R Multifunction Reconfigurable I/O Device has eight analog input terminals. The input modes of these terminals are DIFF, NRSE, and RSE. The PCIe-7851R has an A/D conversion time of 01 μs. The impedance of the input terminals is 10 GΩ. A 100 pF capacitor is used in parallel with it. This device can sample data at a maximum rate of 750 kS/s. The input voltage range is 20 V (-10 - +10 V). However, the device can safely work up to +12 volts. The input terminals are protected against overvoltage up to +42 volts. The PCIe-7851R also features eight single-ended output terminals. The resolution of these terminals is also 16 bits. The update time of the output terminals is 01 μs. The output terminals can be updated at a maximum rate of 1 MS/sec.
