National Instruments PXIe-7972R PXI FPGA Module for FlexRIO

Designed to stream data through P2P streaming, the NI PXIe-7972R (Part Number: 782954-01) is a PXI FPGA Module for FlexRIO. This module is designed to work with an appropriate FlexRIO Adapter Module. The adapter module can easily be mated with the NI PXIe-7972R. As a result, you will end up with a programmable NI FlexRIO device.

The PXIe-7972R module has 2 GB of DRAM and is equipped with 136 General-Purpose Channels. These channels can be configured as either differential or single-ended, and they are divided across three banks. Depending on which adapter module is attached, the PXIe-7972R is compatible with 1.2 V, 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V I/O standards.

The PXIe-7972R is designed to comply with the x4 PXI Express, specification v2.1. Thus, you can consider deploying the module in any PXI Express hybrid or PXI Express slot (x4, x8, and x16). The dimensional measurements of this module (without connectors) are 7.4 in. × 5.1 in. The PXI FPGA Module for FlexRIO weighs 6.7 oz. The NI PXIe-7972R is a Measurement Category I device. The maximum working voltages remain within the limit of 0 V to 3.3 V.
