The PXIe-5540 Slot Compatible RF Combiner (Part Number: 153123A-01L) is a compact device by National Instruments specially engineered for use with NI devices and accessories. The PXIe-5540 Slot Compatible RF Combiner measures 4 inches by 6.5 inches. 

The PXIe-5540 Slot Compatible RF Combiner offers the following user features: a 40 pin female port, a 60 pin female port, 4 channel ports along the front panel, and a summary port. The PXIe-5540’s back side possesses two types of female pin ports (40 pin and 60 pin). Additionally, the PXIe-5540 boasts easy release spring screws to allow for quick removal during use. To use the PXIe-5540, use a compatible cable and port to connect to the device’s channel ports via the quick-release spring screws and pins located on the sides of the device. 

The PXIe-5540 Slot Compatible RF Combiner permits an in-phase 4-way power split via its 4 channel ports. The PXIe-5540 also operates at 50 ohms and within the 250 megahertz to 6 gigahertz range.
