National Instruments 780591-01 Serial Interface Device

Part Number 780591-01 is the identifying part number for the National Instruments PCIe-8430-8 Serial Interface Device. This module is used for high-speed communications with RS-232 devices or it can also be used as a standard COM port for programs using serial communication. It is ideal for high-performance applications with features like DMA transfers, multithreading, and multiprocessor support.  

The 780591-01 has eight non-isolated ports and supports baud rates from 2 baud up to a maximum rate of 1 Mbps.
