Featured with 2 channels and 50 MHz to 2.2 GHz frequency range, the National Instruments USRP-2950 (Part Numbers: 783150-01 and 783926-01) is a USRP Software Defined Radio Device. This USRP device is widely used in the prototyping and development of wireless communication systems. The NI USRP-2950 device allows the creation of advanced wireless applications with LabVIEW.
With this device, you will be able to work with a variety of systems, including FM radio, GPS, RADAR, etc. This USRP Software Defined Radio Device comes equipped with a 10 MHz GPS Disciplined OCXO reference clock. GPS disciplined OCXO enables this device to provide improved synchronization and accuracy capabilities.
The National Instruments USRP-2950 USRP Software Defined Radio Device is widely utilized in the prototyping of a broad range of complicated research applications, including MIMO, LTE relaying, spectrum sensing, RF compressive sampling, beamforming, cognitive radio, and direction-finding. The NI USRP-2950 has 2 input channels and 2 output channels and offers connectivity through standard Ethernet and PCIe. The PCIe port incorporated in this device supports a PCIe Generation 1 connection over a four-lane MXI Express cable.
The GPS antenna connector (GPS ANT) incorporated in this device can supply DC 5 V output to power through an active antenna. The NI USRP-2950 has a 1G/10G Ethernet port. You can use 10G SPF+ and 1G SFP modules with this reconfigurable Software Defined Radio Device. The internal clocks of this device can be locked to a GPS reference signal. Moreover, you can synchronize the internal clocks through GPS timing information.
