National Instruments 782866-01 Terminal Block

Part Number 782866-01 is the identifying part number for the National Instruments TBX-50B Terminal Block. The 782866-01 is a 50-pin, Male D-SUB connector terminal block designed to accommodate various types of cables that are terminal to 50-pin D-SUB cables. Using this terminal block will allow you to expose several switch module connections to screw terminals. This means your test, control, or monitoring system is simplified. 

The 782866-01 can be mounted on a DIN rail or integrated into an existing enclosure or a rack. The terminal block supports a variety of NI cable assemblies like DIN60, LFH200, and LHF160. Likewise, the maximum voltage supported by the block is 150 V while the maximum current supported is 2.5 A. Note that voltages >42.4 Vpk/ 60 VDC are considered hazardous. In applications or measurements containing these voltages, the terminal block must be installed in a UL-listed, suitably rated NEMA or IP enclosure. This terminal block is an updated version of the TBX-50 terminal block, which is identified by the part number 779305-01. When compared to the 782866-01, the older version of the terminal block supports a lower maximum voltage (150 V) and is smaller with dimensions of 71 mm x 86 mm. The maximum current, connector type, and mounting method are all the same between both versions of the terminal block.
