HPS-17000 High-Voltage EV Battery Cycler

The HPS-17000 is a cutting-edge 150 kW battery cycler that can support current and future EV systems with operating voltages ranging from 400 V to 1,500 V. This high-power device allows battery labs to perform sophisticated tests with greater efficiency and flexibility. Its modular architecture allows for simple maintenance using swappable silicon-carbide (SiC)-based power modules, decreasing downtime and increasing uptime during testing operations.

The HPS-17000 is designed to do extensive testing on electric vehicle batteries. It cycles batteries by applying and removing power while monitoring vital performance indicators like capacity, efficiency, and self-discharge over time. To enable advanced uses like AC impedance resistance (ACIR) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), the system produces high-frequency test signals. It's perfect because of these aspects.

The time-sensitive networking technology of the HPS-17000, which allows numerous cyclers to synchronize with microsecond-level accuracy, is one of its primary features. Systems that are placed tens of meters apart can function in parallel without being physically close to one another because to this synchronization, which gives engineers more freedom to arrange labs and use resources more efficiently.
