National Instruments part number 777960-01 is an identifying part number for the BNC-2120 Shielded Connector Block. This Connector Block comes in a shielded enclosure and features BNC connectors. The NI 777960-01 allows easy connection to I/O signals and can handle multiple signals simultaneously due to its numerous BNC connectors. It supports connecting 8 differential analog input signals and includes two BNC connectors for analog output signals and digital input/output signals. For applications needing more digital I/O connections, it also provides screw terminals for additional digital signals. 

This connector block is designed for interfacing with various National Instruments devices. It is compatible with National Instruments X Series, S Series, E Series, NI 671x, and M Series devices. The NI 777960-01 supports connections with Multifunction I/O DAQ modules and analog output devices. It features a 68-pin input/output connector for connecting to 68-pin devices and can also connect to 100-pin E Series devices. As a shielded connector block, it includes a quadrature encoder and onboard temperature reference. It also has a thermocouple connector and screw terminals for resistance measurement. Additionally, this connector block features a function generator capable of producing different types of signal waves. 

Connect this connector block only to National Instruments E/M/S/X Series multifunction DAQ devices. Connecting it to any other device may damage the 777960-01, the DAQ device, or the host computer. The NI 777960-01 connector block offers various optional connections, including an uncompensated miniature thermocouple connector that mates with 2-prong miniature or subminiature connectors. It also features two screw terminals for resistors. For analog input, the block provides 8 differential channels accessible through 8 BNC connectors. The timing input/output connections include 14 screw terminals for 28–16 AWG wire and a single BNC connector for PFI 0/AI START TRIG.
